We removed this boxed brush, from a GI master box of 12 brushes, marked, “12 Brushes, Shaving, Stock No. 29-B3090, American Safety Razor Corporation.” These brushes are, WW2 period, commercially produced shave brushes that were pressed into service and destined for WW2 GI’s. The brochure is in near excellent condition; the paper shows minor age and may have some brown foxing spots from age. The Bakelite base had white deterioration, which we easily cleaned off with regular household detergent. The bristles are excellent and just the way they came from the factory, as we were the first to take them out of the box for inspection. The printing on the master box; details of the shave brush box and brochure can be seen in the multiple view page by clicking on the thumbnail image. A perfect item for a WW2 GI’s personal item collection or a footlocker display. Very limited supply. Unused. Overall excellent.  $35.00
